What does 'Launch Price' mean?
Pro is available at $19/month during our launch promotion — the regular price is $25/month. What is ARMES Deep Research?

What is MCP and how does it work?
MCP (Model Context Protocol) lets you connect your ARMES agents, knowledge base, and prompt templates to the tools you already use — Cursor, Claude Code, VS Code, OpenClaw, and other compatible tools. Your agents can communicate with each other across surfaces, and your prompt templates become context engineering tools across platforms. Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Absolutely. Upgrade from Pro to Ultra instantly — the change takes effect immediately. Downgrade from Ultra to Pro at your next billing cycle, so you enjoy every Ultra feature you've paid for until then. You can also cancel entirely and return to the Free plan at any time. Your data remains accessible regardless of plan changes.
What is private inference?
When you use ChatGPT directly, your conversations are stored and used for ads. When you use the same ChatGPT through ARMES, your conversations are processed in memory and immediately forgotten. No storage. No profiles. No ads. Same AI. Different architecture.
Do you train on my data?
No. Never. We do not review, access, mine, or train on your content. AI providers process and forget. When you delete something from ARMES, it is permanently, irreversibly gone. Not even we can retrieve it.

We stand behind ARMES. If you're not satisfied with your Pro or Ultra subscription, contact us at joseph@armes.ai within 7 days of purchase. We review each request individually.
Why not just use ChatGPT?

OpenAI says they don't train on Plus data. Why do I need ARMES?
