When you first sign up for ARMES at armes.ai/start, you are guided through a streamlined Welcome Journey designed to tailor your AI workspace to your role, work style, and communication preferences.
Follow these simple steps to launch your private intelligence workspace.
Step 1: Complete Personalization Intake
The Welcome Journey asks six high-impact questions to configure your personal context. Every question is optional and can be updated anytime in Settings → Personalization:
- Preferred Name: How your AI teammates should address you.
- Current Role & Industry: Your professional lens (e.g., Founder, Software Engineer, Attorney, Writer).
- Core Goals: What you are actively working on over the next 30–90 days.
- Communication Style: Concise and direct, highly detailed, analytical, or executive summary format.
- Key Constraints: Tools, languages, or boundaries your agents must respect.
- Hard Preferences: Specific methodologies, frameworks, or formatting rules.
Glass-Box Personalization
While our background system bot processes your answers, a brief preview deck introduces the platform. You will be shown an exact draft summary of what was understood before anything is saved to your account.
Step 2: Review Your Personal Profile
Before entering your workspace, you will see a transparent review card titled "Here is what I understood":
- Verify your preferred name and role.
- Review individual atomic facts extracted from your answers.
- Toggle off or delete any fact you do not want active in your profile.
- Click "Looks right, start chatting" to activate your workspace.
Step 3: Choose Your Plan or Start Free
ARMES offers four distinct access tiers:
- Free Tier: Access economy Auto + manual model routing, web search, google news, basic notes, and free agents with zero payment method required.
- Eco Tier ($9/mo or $90/yr): High-efficiency MoE intelligence routing and manual model selection, unlimited notes, and prompt/note optimization (annual saves 17%).
- Pro Tier ($19/mo launch or $190/yr): Full frontier model catalog spanning Claude, GPT, Grok, Gemini, and more, Pro + Eco + Free specialized agents, image generation, and MCP integration (annual saves 17%).
- Ultra Tier ($200/mo or $2,000/yr): Maximum cost budgets, top-tier frontier reasoning access, C-Suite executive team, and ARMES Deep Research.
Step 4: Send Your First Message
Once installed, your flagship agent—ARMES GPT—will open automatically:
- Tailored Greeting: ARMES GPT greets you with immediate awareness of your role and priorities, without sharing your answers with third-party labs.
- Try a Real Task: Ask ARMES GPT to draft a strategy, analyze a problem, or conduct research:
Review our current 90-day goal and create a 3-phase execution roadmap with potential risks. - Test Auto Mode: Notice the mode selector at the top right of the chat. By default, Auto mode inspects your prompt and automatically routes it to the most capable model in your plan's pool.
